Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are delighted with their purchases. However, if you need to return an order, we're here to assist you. We offer a 30-day return policy on all in-stock items purchased from our website. Simply reach out to us via email (mail@jewellerybyliamross.com), and we'll guide you through the process.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for any return delivery charges. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within five working days.

For commissioned (handmade to order) jewellery or pieces that have been customised for the customer or engraved, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless previously agreed upon.


Shipping

Timeframes
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two working days of your order. For made-to-order items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the crafting process before shipping. We'll keep you informed of timelines throughout the design process. Once your piece is ready, we'll contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

UK Orders
We offer complimentary, fully insured, shipping for all UK orders, which will be shipped using Royal Mail's next day Special Delivery service.

Shipping Overseas
Yes, we provide free worldwide shipping for all online purchases over £500. International orders will be shipped via FedEx Priority.


Taxes and Duties

EU & UK
All taxes and duties are included for orders from the EU and the UK.

Worldwide
Taxes and duties are not included for orders from outside of the EU or UK. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
