Liam Ross Jewellers was the first shop my fiancée and I visited to get our wedding bands and we knew that that was it, we were going to look no further. The service and communication was quick, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and Liam himself was very accommodating throughout the process. I got a wax figure of my wedding band just to check sizing and see how it looks with my engagement ring, which was a nice extra service. We received both our rings within 6 weeks and they are absolutely gorgeous. The complimentary ring cleaning (for life!) and re-sizing was the icing on the cake.
Liam and his team are absolutely fantastic. I had a signet ring made as a birthday present, from the moment I called to make an appointment I felt totally at ease. Every part of the process was explained clearly, Liam was attentive and relaxed, adding a personal touch to the purchase. The engraving was done in house by Jen and is flawless. Would absolutely recommend Liam for any jewellery work in the future.
Jen remodelled a pair of earrings from my own pearl earrings and diamonds from a ring into modern earrings . She also remodelled a tahitian pearl and diamond pendant into a more wearable necklace. Both pieces are absolutely gorgeous. The pieces have been modernised for my birthday. Jen has remodelled jewellery for me in the past. I intend to see her soon to re imagine and remodel more jewellery for my 45th wedding anniversary.
